Our day courses offer students of all ages the opportunity to experience Snowdonia at first hand by offering educational walks and introducing them to specific aspects of the National Park. There will also be an opportunity to take part in fieldwork, giving students a chance to experience the diverse landscapes that make Snowdonia such a special place. Come wind, rain or shine, you’re guaranteed an unforgettable experience.
Our education officers visit local schools to teach pupils about various aspects relating to the Snowdonia National Park. Talks are given on mountain safety, biology, habitats and visitor impact and can be undertaken at either your school or local outdoor centre.
You can also follow the adventures of our intrepid explorer Ceri Gerdded in our book Discovering Snowdonia, or if your school is on Facebook why not become a friend of Ceri and read about his walking adventures.
The summer term gets very busy, so to avoid disappointment, please send in your enquiry form a term before your planned visit. For further information, please fill in the form below and send it back to us at the address provided.
