Design Guides
Snowdonia National Park is a special area, and should be safeguarded against inappropriate development that damages the character of the place. Whether a development is a new build, an extension or a renovation, care should be taken to maintain the same elements of scale and use of materials that exist in traditional buildings of the same area.
In order to maintain the character of individual buildings and conservation areas within the National Park, we have produced a series of design guides to help developers and individuals.
Below is a list of all the design guides currently available, click on a title to download it.
