Benar Boardwalk, Harlech

This boardwalk is situated at a beach between Harlech and Barmouth and leads from the car park to the beach.

Traeth Benar is considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches in the area and stands within the Morfa Dyffryn Site of Specific Scientific Interest.

Route Details

This is a wooden boardwalk, stretching from the car park to the beach. The path is flat and is wide enough to cater for wheelchairs and pushchairs. Sand can accumulate at the beach, making it difficult for wheelchairs and pushchairs to traverse.
